An insurance provider can run a “Gavel Swarm” (an adversarial jury) against a random 1% sample of an AI company’s traces. If the Gavel passes the logic 99.9% of the time, the premium stays low. If the Gavel finds “Logic Rot” (lazy reasoning or hallucinations), the premium spikes. We have created a Market for Truth, where accurate reasoning is rewarded with lower operational costs.
The flagship application is the Malpractice-Proof Medical Assistant. When a doctor uses the assistant to review a patient’s history, the system outputs a “Diagnostic Trace.” This trace is sent to a decentralized “Liability Shield” (The Audit API). If the doctor follows the trace and an error occurs, the insurance covers it because the process was verified as compliant. This removes the “AI Fear” from medicine and allows doctors to use AI as a legally shielded second opinion.
